This is the representative of the 태민 (TAEMIN) fan club.

Here are some information regarding fan letters and support.

· Please note:

- All shipment incurring costs such as cash on delivery will be returned.

- Please ensure to accurately include the company name and artist's name in the address.

- Food items that may spoil during delivery cannot be shipped (including sugar cake).

- Fan letters and gifts sent via quick service (messenger service) will be returned, and if return is not possible, they will be inevitably disposed of.

- Visits to the company or artist's residence are not permitted.

- We do not accept inquiries regarding fan letters and gift delivery.

 

* For all electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, tablet PCs, etc.), support requests and prior arrangements through the fan club representative are mandatory. 

 

 

[How to Request Support]

 

· Supported events and occasions are as follows: 

 Broadcasts, concerts, and official schedules for special occasions (birthday, debut anniversary, etc.)

- Specify along with the name of the supported schedule

 

· During the support process, please note the following:

- Replies will be provided in the order of support requests received after the official schedule opens. (Support requests made before the schedule opens will be invalidated.) 

- If the support email is not filled out according to the specified format, we will not respond, and your request will be excluded from the queue.

- Items not listed in the support email cannot be delivered.

- If you need to change the support items, please inquire via email.

- In the case of duplicate support item requests, priority will be given to the first applicant. including lunchbox support)

- Support can be made starting one month before the support eligible schedule.

- If a support request is made within one week of the support eligible schedule, it may not be possible to proceed.

- Support requests may be canceled due to changes in schedules or circumstances.

- Responses for emails regarding support are not available on holidays and weekends.

 

· When delivering support, please note the following

- Support authentication via the fan club representative is not possible.

- Only support arrangements that have been pre-discussed and agreed upon with the fan club representative are eligible for delivery. 

- Direct delivery of fan letters and gifts to the artist is not permitted.

- When delivering support items directly, please proceed with the minimum number of individuals.

- For items that can be shipped via courier or postal service, please send them through regular mail, not as support.

- Support delivery is not available on holidays and weekends, excluding the day of the schedule.
